Please note that all purchases made on MVST are final once an order is placed. We’re unable to modify or cancel orders after they have been successfully submitted.

Pre-Orders
All pre-order details, including estimated delivery timelines and relevant information, are clearly stated on each product page. By placing a pre-order, you confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to these terms.

If exceptional circumstances arise and you need to request a cancellation, please contact our support team at support@mvst.shop with your order number and a brief explanation. While we’ll always do our best to help, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
