Processing Times
All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
Orders placed after Friday 5 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
All MVST orders are carefully packed with attention and care from our fulfillment center.
Please note that any customs duties or taxes applied upon arrival in your country are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid duties or taxes, the order will not be eligible for a refund.
If a parcel is returned without prior approval from our support team, it will not qualify for a refund.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for covering the reshipping cost.

Pre-Orders

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, and all pre-orders are final.
If unforeseen circumstances arise and you need to request a cancellation, please contact us at support@mvst.shop within 24 hours of placing your order, including your order number and reason for the request.
Our team will review your case and do our best to assist.
Important Information
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations (including item or address changes), as our fulfillment process begins immediately to ensure fast dispatch.
If you choose to use DHL On-Demand and request delivery without a signature, MVST cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage once the parcel is marked as delivered.
If a parcel is returned due to missed or refused delivery, a return shipping fee will apply.
International Customs & Duties
For international orders, your local customs authority may apply duties, taxes, or import fees.
These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the customer.
As customs policies vary by country, we strongly recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to avoid unexpected charges.
Please note:
- MVST is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or clearance delays once the order has been shipped.
- If customs fees are refused or left unpaid and the parcel is returned, the order will be non-refundable.
- Any shipping or return costs resulting from customs refusal will not be covered or reimbursed.
- Customers must cover all return shipping and handling fees before a re-shipment or further request can be processed.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of and prepared for any customs fees that may apply.
